Welcome to Ladière

Located in the heart of the Dordogne, in the Perigord Noir, you will find the village of Coux et Bigaroque. The Ladière estate is located in the middle of nature on 1.5 hectares of private land with an ecological swimming pond, unobstructed view all around and unobstructed view of two castels. There are two adjacent houses on the state; La Grange and La Ferme and a detached house called Les Voisins. La Ferme and Les Voisins are rented out.

In addition to relaxing in this beautiful location, Ladière is also a great base for walkers, cyclists, mountainbikers and golfers. Visiting castels, wineries, caves and night markets are some examples of the countless possibilities. In the immediate vicinity you can canoe on the Dordogne. There is also a wide choice of restaurants of all levels.

La Ferme (rode cirkel)

  • Suitable for 5 people, has 3 floors:

  • The ground floor, which has been converted into a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

  • The entrance floor, which has an open living kitchen (25 m2) and sitting room (25 m2).

  • The attic floor, which consists of a landing with a guest bed, a toilet with sink, and a bedroom with two single beds.

** The houses can be rented seperately or together, very suitable for friends or family members who want to go on holiday together.

Les Voisins (gele cirkel)

  • Suitable for 2-3 people, it has two floors:

  • The entrance is on the first floor, which you reach via an external staircase, and gives access to the living room/kitchen. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a toilet and a bedroom.

  • On the second floor, there is the possibility for an extra sleeping space.
