General conditions
- The above rental prices are per week, in the high-season arrival on Saturday from 4 p.m. to Saturday departure before 10 a.m. Other rental periods are available in the early-and-late-season.
- Final cleaning (obliged) € 65,=. The final cleaning will be paid on arrival.
- Bedsheets and household linen are included.
- Tourist tax is 3% from of the rental price.
- The deposit is 30% of the rent, to be paid within two weeks after returning the reservation formula, the rest must be paid four weeks before the start of the rental period.
- At the start of the rental period we ask you to pay a deposit of € 250,= bij bank transfer or cash.
- We recommend an cancellation insurance.
